Yes! We do for all orders.

You may select the Gift message or input your own message to the recipient.

Our delivery starts from 10am every day. We have two different options for your delivery time slots:

(a) 10am – 5pm

(b) 5pm – 10pm

 

Simply select the delivery slots under Delivery Order details. Kindly also note that our florist will need at least 4 hours to prepare your order for same day deliveries.

Please understand that our courier might face an overload of orders; traffic jam and other unforeseen circumstances.

Once you have confirmed and completed the order details for your order and made your payment through our secure system, an order reference number with an order acknowledgement via email will send to you.

Yes! We do the personalised arrangement.

We deliver island wide in Singapore, but not: -

  • All Army Camps
  • - All PSA Ports
  • - Jurong Island
  • - Airport Cargo Complex
  • - All Restricted areas involving tight security
  • For delivery to Sentosa Island, Airport, Marina Bay Sand and Tuas a delivery surcharge of S$15 applies.

Kindly ensure recipient or representative is present at delivery address during stipulated date and time. Wonderful Flora cannot accept responsibility for late/failed delivery and no refund will be made if:

  • Incorrect address given
  • Intended recipient not present
  • No valid means of contact
  • Delivery vehicle is subject to delays from building management/security

In the event that the address is wrong or the recipient is not around, the gift will be returned to our office to arrange for another delivery date and time. Surcharge of S$15 will be applicable for orders to be redirected after the first delivery and a touch-up fee of up to 50% of the original selling price may be applicable.

Cancellations must be made more than 48 hours before the requested day of delivery for local orders and a 50% cancellation fee of the total purchase price is applicable.

For cancellation request received less than 48 hours before the requested day of delivery for local orders, the full purchase amount will apply.

All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

No cancellation is allowed for overseas order once the order is confirmed.

*working days are defined as Mondays to Saturdays 9am to 5pm.

For any alterations to your order, please email us at sales@wonderfulflora.com with your order number as the subject header. Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the delivery date. We are unable to process changes for orders already prepared and/or in transit.

Delivery from 10am to 5pm is FREE, Night delivery there is a delivery charge of $10 per delivery.

There are some restricted areas such as military zones, airport cargo complex, PSA Ports and Jurong Island, where our couriers cannot go, so check to make sure your delivery address can be reached.

For some areas, such as Sentosa Island,  Airport, Marina Bay Sand, Tuas, the delivery fee will be $15, please contact us in advance if you would like to delivery to those locations.

Yes, we deliver Singapore wide. To homes, businesses, hospitals, schools etc. There are some restricted areas such as military zones, airport cargo complex, PSA Ports and Jurong Island, where our couriers cannot go, so check to make sure your delivery address can be reached.

For some areas, such as Sentosa Island,  Airport, Marina Bay Sand, Tuas, the delivery fee will be $15, please contact us in advance if you would like to delivery to those locations.

Our first orders are dispatched at 10am and the majority are completed by 5.30pm.

Orders for same day delivery must be submitted by 12noon for delivery before 5pm and order submitted by 3:30pm delivery will be by 10pm. After 3:30pm our next delivery will be next day. Please note that NOT all product listed on our website are for same-day-delivery.

When your bouquet is delivered you’ll receive an email to confirm they have arrived safely. We will email you the next day.

Your order need to be submitted by 12noon on Saturday for delivery on Saturday and Sunday.

OK, don’t panic. First, email us as soon as you can. Put ‘Help’ in the title if you think it will.......‘help’.

We know that sometimes a recipient leaves work early, is sick or has moved offices. Because we operate on super-quick turnaround times, we really need 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel an order. But we’re lovely people here at Wonderful Flora, so if the flowers haven’t already left the building, we’ll do our best to accommodate any change.

After purchase, ideally flowers need to be kept in water all the time, but they can be left for a couple of hours providing they are kept cool. If they do make a long journey, they should be placed in a bucket of water, but if that is not feasible, then wrapping the stem ends in the damp paper will help reduce water loss. Once home, give the flowers a long drink in deep, tepid water after removing the lower foliage and trimming an inch from the bottom of the stems by making long, clean, diagonal cut with a sharp knife. This provides the maximum surface area for water intake. Stems should never ever be mashed – even the woodiest ones. Extensive research has proved that crushing the stem destroys the delicate structure of the stalk, making it less efficient at taking up water and encouraging bacterial infection.

We offer same day deliveries however orders will have to be placed before 12noon for delivery before 5pm and evening delivery need to reach us by 3:30pm.

We are not GST registered company.
